Rajasthan IT Employee Gang-Rape Allegation in Moving Car Shocks Udaipur
A shocking incident from Rajasthan has sparked outrage after an IT employee filed a police complaint alleging that she was gang-raped by her company’s executives in a moving car. The case, which took place in the Udaipur region, includes serious allegations against the CEO of the company, a woman executive head, and the executive’s husband. The issue has now gained public attention as police have begun formal investigation procedures.
According to the complaint, the accused are connected to an IT company identified as JKM, where the CEO, allegedly named Jitesh Sisodia, arranged a celebration at a hotel on the occasion of his birthday and New Year. The event took place late in the evening and continued until around 1:30 AM. Multiple employees attended the party, including the alleged victim, a female IT staff member. The celebration reportedly involved alcohol and recreational activities.
The woman stated that after the party ended, the CEO offered to drop her home since it was late at night. She agreed to enter the vehicle supposedly to ensure her safety because another trusted senior colleague, identified as Shilpa Sirohi, the company’s woman executive head, was also present in the car. Due to this, the victim believed it was safe to travel with them.
However, the complaint mentions that during the drive, the accused stopped the vehicle to purchase smoking substances. It was alleged that the victim was encouraged to consume them, leading to disorientation and loss of control. The woman claims she became heavily intoxicated and was not in a stable state to protect herself.
As per her statement, the CEO and the woman executive’s husband, identified as Gaurav, allegedly assaulted her inside the moving car. The woman reportedly regained partial consciousness later and realized that a sexual assault had taken place. Disturbed and distressed, she immediately planned to seek legal help once she was safe.
The next day, the survivor approached the police and recorded her testimony. Based on her statement, the police registered a case and began collecting evidence. Law enforcement authorities reportedly reviewed internal vehicle footage from a dashboard webcam, which is believed to support portions of her complaint. Following this development, all three accused individuals were taken into custody for questioning and further legal procedures.
Police officers have clarified that the investigation is ongoing. The accused will be questioned thoroughly, and if required, further technical evidence—such as CCTV footage, medical reports, and digital data—will be added to the case file. Authorities have emphasized that the matter is being treated seriously and no conclusion will be drawn until the investigation is complete.
This incident has sparked intense discussion across local circles and social media platforms. Concerns have been raised regarding workplace safety, misuse of power by senior officials, and the vulnerability of employees in isolated environments. Many viewers have stressed that companies must ensure proper safety policies, late-night travel arrangements, and monitoring systems to prevent such incidents.
Women’s rights groups and citizens have also urged that the survivor should not face pressure, intimidation, or character judgment during the investigation. Public reactions strongly emphasize that allegations of this nature must be handled with dignity, sensitivity, and legal fairness.
At present, the matter stands under investigation. Police have not issued any final statements on guilt, and therefore, all individuals named remain accused, not convicted. Additional updates will depend on the progress of the legal process.
