Police have registered a case against former MLA Balka Suman and several others in connection with alleged obstruction of official duties during the Katanapalli Municipal Chairman election. The complaint was filed by Devapur SHO Gangaram, citing interference that reportedly disrupted the conduct of the election process.

According to the complaint, Balka Suman and BRS members allegedly created obstacles for officials performing their responsibilities during the municipal chairman election at Katanapalli.
