The student has been identified as Harshavardhan, a resident of Motkur. His father, Kurella Ellayya, died late on the previous night after suffering a heart attack.
Father Dies of Heart Attack in Motkur
According to information from the family, Kurella Ellayya died around 10 pm after experiencing a heart attack. The incident occurred at their residence in Motkur town of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.
Ellayya was working as a teacher in Vastakonduru under the Gundala mandal. His sudden death left the family and relatives in shock.
The news spread among residents in the area, with many expressing condolences to the family.
Student Appears for SSC Examination
Despite the loss of his father, Harshavardhan attended the Class 10 annual examination that began on the same day. The student chose to write the examination while coping with a personal loss.
The examination forms part of the SSC annual exams conducted for Class 10 students. Harshavardhan appeared for the exam as scheduled on the first day of the tests.
People in the locality noted the circumstances under which the student attended the examination and spoke about the situation faced by the family.
Teacher’s Service in Gundala Mandal
Kurella Ellayya was serving as a teacher in Vastakonduru village under Gundala mandal at the time of his death. His colleagues and local residents recalled his role as an educator in the area.
The incident occurred just hours before the beginning of the SSC examinations, placing the family in a difficult situation.
Local residents said the student decided to attend the examination despite the tragedy at home. The family is currently making arrangements related to the death of Ellayya.
