Police said the accused, Chittari Haribabu, a resident of Korutla, allegedly attacked his wife with a knife in the early hours of Tuesday.

The couple had entered into a love marriage around eight months ago and had been residing in Madapur since then.
Haribabu was working as a contract employee at a government hospital, while Vaishnavi was running a YouTube channel and creating reels.

The crime came to light when family members found Vaishnavi lying in a pool of blood at the house in the morning.
