The incident occurred when a lorry driver lost control and crashed into two cars and three motorcycles at the busy junction. The impact caused major damage to the vehicles and led to immediate casualties at the scene.

According to preliminary information, the lorry trailer struck two cars and three bikes while passing through the BHPV junction in Gajuwaka. The collision resulted in the death of two individuals on the spot.
Another person sustained serious injuries in the accident. The injured victim was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The crash created panic among commuters and locals present near the junction as damaged vehicles blocked parts of the road following the collision.
Police Respond and Begin Investigation
Police personnel reached the accident site soon after receiving information about the incident. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to a hospital for further procedures.
