Justice Venkata Jyothirmayi, who heard the matter, noted that forensic reports on phone calls and text messages exchanged between Mohan Babu and the prime accused, university PRO Satish, were yet to be submitted. Police counsel informed the court that these communications occurred both before and after the alleged kidnapping incident.
